TRENTON — By the time Bruce Johnson’s family members made it to the hospital to see him he was already dead and covered, nearly from head to toe, in his own blood. That’s the account given by Johnson’s niece Patricia Reeves about her uncle’s death on Monday. Reeves, acting as family spokesperson from North Carolina, was outraged by what her relatives were relaying to her from Trenton. Johnson was a prisoner at the Bo Robinson House, a private “assessment center,” or a minimum security jail that houses inmates for the state Department of Corrections. Read More. |
