The Dover-Foxcroft man convicted of murdering his elderly sister in 2008 has learned his fate. The sentencing is the beginning of closure for family members, as Michael Toby was sentenced to a half a century behind bars. 54-year-old Michael Toby murdered his 70-year-old sister, Rosalie Shedd, at her apartment in October of 2008.
