Department of Corrections Commissioner Brian Owens announced the appointment of Rick Jacobs as Field Operations Manager for the North region of the state effective July 1, 2010. As Field Operations Manager, Jacobs will provide operational guidance, coaching and mentoring to the Wardens and Superintendents under his jurisdiction. “Rick is an exceptional leader and dedicated team member,” said Commissioner Brian Owens. “The Wardens and Superintendents working with him will benefit from his experience and knowledge,” added Owens.
