| Business Man To Serve Jail Time |

CAMDEN — A Collingswood businessman received a jail term Thursday for rigging bids for contracts with the state Department of Corrections and an area school district. Paul Kerth, 59, must serve 364 days in Camden County Jail as part of a five-year probationary term, said the state Attorney General's Office. Kerth, the owner of three alarm-system companies, previously pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by deception.
