| Dog Killing Could Land Paroled Murderer Back In Jail |

HELENA, Mont. (AP) — A 71-year-old Clancy man who killed his wife in Richland County in 1974 could have his parole revoked after a report that he shot a neighbor's dog last month. Jefferson County Sheriff Craig Doolittle says no charges have been filed against Loren D. Sharbono for an early June incident in which he is accused of shooting a dog he said was harassing his chickens. But Bob Anez, a spokesman for the Montana Department of Corrections, says probation and parole officials at the Jefferson County jail determined Tuesday that Sharbono violated his parole by owning a gun.
