A detention guard who is facing charges of forcing a female ward at the Kagman Juvenile Detention to engage in sex acts wants the federal court to temporarily release him to third-party custodians. Tyron Farley Reyes Fitial wants his nephew Joseph Omar and uncle Dionisio Fitial to be his third-party co-custodians. Fitial's lawyer, Loren Sutton, said that both Omar and Dionisio Fitial are close to his client and have known him all of his life. Since Omar and his wife work as government employees, Sutton said that Dionisio Fitial has agreed to be present in the Omars' house to supervise the defendant in their absence at all times.
