A man who held a store full of customers at gunpoint has been sentenced to more than two consecutive life sentences for the crime. State Attorney Michael McAuliffe said Darrell Mitchell was found guilty of the crime on July 4. McAulliffe said Mitchell held up a Jupiter store at gunpoint and forced the 11 employees into a room where the safe was held and demanded money.
