| Cases Reviewed After Officers Implicated |

In April, Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris identified 53 cases associated with Jeff Henderson, 37, an undercover officer linked to a federal grand jury investigating alleged falsified search warrants, nonexistent informants and stolen drugs and money by Tulsa police officers and a federal agent. "It will happen on a case-by-case basis," Harris said recently in regard to his review of identified cases. Harris said lawyers who believe their client was wrongfully jailed or imprisoned must file a motion to dismiss or review a case and bring forth factual and substantive evidence of why his office should give a case a second review.
