Indictments Filed In Fatal Stabbing Case

A Belknap County Superior Court grand jury has returned indictments against two people allegedly involved in a fatal stabbing in Meredith on June 16.

Julie Sallies, 30, of 1 Winter St., Laconia, was indicted for conspiracy to commit armed robbery and being an accomplice to both armed robbery and burglary. All of the charges are Class A felonies, each potentially punishable by 71⁄2 to 15 years in the N.H. State Prison upon conviction.

The release of the indictments marks the first time Sallies has been publicly named as being connected to the stabbing which killed her fiancée, Robert A. Hart Jr.
