A 29-year-old man has been charged with killing his sister near Mt. Pleasant. Saginaw Chippewa Tribal authorities say Daniel Lawrence Fuller faces a charge of open murder in the slaying of his sister, Iva Joy Fuller, 25. She is believed to have been killed Friday or early Saturday in or near a home in Isabella County’s Deerfield Township. Iva Joy Fuller’s body was discovered in a field west of Mt.
