CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) ― The Wyoming Department of Corrections is unveiling a new mobile welding lab designed to teach inmates job skills they can use when they're released to society. The department displayed its new mobile welding lab on Monday in Cheyenne. It has stations to teach welding skills to up to five students at once.
