A 29-year-old Isabella County man accused of killing his sister is being held on a parole violation. However, Saginaw Chippewa Tribal officials have indicated that Daniel Lawrence Fuller will face an open charge of murder. Fuller was arrested by Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Police officers Saturday in connection with Iva Joy Fuller's death, which police said was a homicide.
