| Former DOC Officer Gets 2 Years |

A former Taycheedah Correctional Institution (TCI) employee was called a "disgrace to the Department of Corrections" by his past employer and then ordered to serve two years in jail for misconduct with two inmates. Ex-correctional officer Corey L. Stucke, 35, of Lomira, shook his head in disbelief Wednesday morning when Fond du Lac County Circuit Court Judge Robert Wirtz ordered the jail time with work release privileges on two counts of abusing a resident of a penal facility. One inmate, a 25-year-old woman serving time for forgery, said during a preliminary hearing that her first sexual encounter with Stucke was inappropriate touching when he transported her to the doctor inside TCI.
