Controversy is brewing over a state program involving inmates doing work in the community after a project at a local horse farm was canceled. Kelly McPherson explains why some in the community were concerned. Every day, more than 400 Marylanders leave jail to work in the community. One farm program has been stopped until further notice by state officials concerned for the area's safety.
