MILLVILLE -- Vicky B. Tait-Russell started a foundation five years ago in Las Vegas to help homeless people and other down-on-their luck individuals turn around their lives. And fortunately for local residents, what happened in Vegas isn't staying in Vegas. Tait-Russell moved to Millville two and a half years ago with her husband, Brian, but didn't have plans to restart the foundation until she was the victim of two robberies. "I see so many youth sit around on the street, not doing anything and have nowhere to go because they don't have jobs," she said. "What will they do? Go out and rob someone unfortunately."
