Joshua C. Webb, 24, formerly of Stone Road, withdrew a not guilty plea for charges connected to an August 2009 break-in at Fifth Third Bank on West Main Street. He faced a maximum sentence of 30 months in prison for the pair of charges --breaking and entering and safecracking. However, Judge Scott Nusbaum said during a Monday hearing his decision took into consideration the break-in occurred during the same time period as two other cases in which Webb has been sentenced.
