OSAGE BEACH, Mo. -- Police have arrested a man wanted on charges of kidnapping, stealing and assault. Shaun E. Bates was taken into custody at 3 p.m., July 16, while working in an area off of Passover Road in Osage Beach. The charges pursued by the Camden County prosecutor include Felony Kidnapping, Felony Armed Criminal Action, 1st Degree Burglary and Misdemeanor of Assault in the 3rd Degree.
