A man convicted of sex offenses is finally getting out of prison - a year-and-a-half after his sentence was supposed to expire. Michael Potter of Quechee was kept in prison because he couldn't find a state-approved place to live. Under a compromise, Potter has agreed to submit to electronic monitoring and lie detector tests.
