| Registered Sex Offender Now Missing |

Authorities are looking for a registered sex offender today after he allegedly intentionally removed his GPS tracking device. Alton Olarf Buford, 22, was on a 10-year special sentence for lascivious acts with a child in 2006 in Clinton County with the victim being a girl under the age of 13. He is wanted for a parole violation. Buford was being monitored by Iowa 7th Judicial Department of Corrections. His last known address was 4847 W. Kimberly Road lot #34 in Davenport. Read More. |
