The new Madison County jail is finally open after years of delays and millions spent over budget. Now, Sheriff Blake Dorning wants a new administrator to be hired for the facility. The Madison County Commission gave salary guidelines for the new position on Friday. The new administrator will be the chief operator of the jail, mainly focusing on financial responsibilities.
