| Eyes Will ID Inmates With New System |

CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) - Days after an inmate escaped from the Adult Correctional Institutions, the prison is getting ready to implement a new system to increase security. The Department of Corrections is meeting Tuesday to plan the installation of an iris-detection system, according to the Providence Journal. The technology will scan inmates' eyes to verify their identity. Department of Corrections Director A.T.
