SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio police say a man has been charged with murder over the beating death of a passenger in another vehicle in an alleged road rage attack. Bond was $150,000 for 44-year-old Stephen Richardson, who remained in custody Wednesday. Bexar (bayr) County Detention Center Records did not list an attorney for Richardson. Police say 30-year-old Juan Duran died early Tuesday at a San Antonio hospital, hours after being attacked when Richardson allegedly flashed gang signals and claimed to have been cut off.
