Rodney McDonald escaped from a prison work release facility in Bucks County while waiting for urine test on August 4, 2010. Investigators say Rodney McDonald was waiting to take a urine test at the Men's Community Center in Doylestown when he ran out of the facility. The facility is run by the Bucks County Department of Corrections. "In this case, because he ran out of the facility, I would believe that he would be a danger to the community," Doylestown Township Police Chief Stephen White said.
