| 13 Year Old Sex Offender Has Day In Court |

A 13-year-old rural Texico boy pleaded guilty to two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault to a three-year-old girl during his first appearance in Marion County Juvenile Court on the charge Wednesday. State's Attorney Matt Wilzbach asked for both a physicatric evaluation and physiological sex offender evaluation on the 13-year-old prior to the October 13th sentencing date. Wilzbach says the plea was open, with no agreement on a sentence. The boy could receive probation up to having to serve in the juvenile department of corrections until his 21st birthday. He has been released to his parents pending the sentencing hearing. Read More. |

I think that this is truly a sad situation. You have to wonder, what kind of parents raised this kid. Or did he even have parents.
