Sentencing For DOC Worker In Armored Car Heist

MURRIETA – Another member of a gang of armored car robbers has been ordered to spend 8½ years in prison.

Delia Davies, 32, pleaded guilty to her role and was sentenced Thursday.

Davies and another woman, Antoinette Heggins, were employed by the California Department of Corrections in the CDC’s Rancho Cucamonga office when they took over a Loomis armored car in East Hemet while disguised as men.

Heggins was given a ‘life’ prison term for the $150,000 heist that occurred 3-years ago.
