Lewis R. Mazzochi, 34, 299 E. Main St., was arraigned in Bantam Superior Court on charges of third-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny. He remains incarcerated on a $100,000 bond at correctional facility in New Haven, according to the state Department of Corrections, after being arrested Aug. 5 at 44 Wheeler Road in Litchfield. Details of the incident could not be obtained Sunday, although court officials said Friday that the case was transferred to Litchfield Superior Court. He is due to appear there on Aug. 27. Mazzochi was arrested previously in May 2009 after Torrington narcotics officers seized about $1,220 worth of heroin and crack cocaine from a motel room where the man was staying.
