The former longtime warden of the North Dakota State Penitentiary is now a faculty member at the University of Mary in Bismarck. Tim Schuetzle (SHOOT'-zuhl) is an associate professor in the School of Education and Behavioral Sciences and director of Mary's criminal justice program. Schuetzle retired at the end of April after more than three decades with the state Department of Corrections and nearly two decades as warden at the state penitentiary. Read More. |
