KINGMAN — With the capture of the second escapee in Wyoming, the last inmate remains on the run with his alleged accomplice. Tracy Alan Province, John Charles McCluskey and Daniel Kelly Renwick escaped from the Golden Valley prison around 9 p.m. July 30 after Casslyn Mae Welch reportedly parked her car in the desert and walked up to the prison’s outside fence and threw wire cutters over two fences. Renwick reportedly left the group and was captured after a gunfight with officers in Colorado Aug. 1. Province was arrested Monday outside a church near Yellowstone National Park. Read More. McCluskey and Welch are still being sought as officials focus on the U.S.-Canada border. Province, 42, and McCluskey, 45, are each charged on a felony warrant in Kingman Justice Court with two counts of kidnapping, two counts of armed robbery, two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, second-degree escape and possessing a weapon by a prohibitive person.
