Cruz showed up at the Mangilao Payless after work where he bought the ticket last Friday. He also signed paperwork and met with officials from the store and the Sports Bingo Guam General Manager. The Mangilao resident says that was the first time he bought a ticket, which is a portion of the $2.5 million dollar prize split amongst 5 people throughout the pacific. He talks about his reaction once he discovered he had the winning numbers. “I was actually shocked I won. I didn't know if it was the winning ticket, so I brought it to get it scanned and they told me it was the winning ticket” said Cruz. Read More. |
