| Paroled Sex Offender Back In Jail |

Dale Brinklow is back in jail -- at least for now. Brinklow, a predatory offender, was released from prison into Fergus Falls on Aug. 9 after an 18-year sentence for second degree sexual conduct. His taste of (highly supervised) freedom was short-lived, however, as he was arrested on Thursday, Aug. 12 for allegedly violating the terms of his parole (now referred to as supervised release). Brinklow is being held at the Otter Tail County Jail. Specifically, it is alleged that Brinklow had direct or indirect contact with a minor. However, emphasized Shari Burt, the communications director of the Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC), Brinklow is not being accused of another sex offense. Read More. |
