WALKER -- A day before Jack Jacqmain allegedly stabbed an Indiana man to death, state prison officials learned the convicted bank robber with a history of mental illness had walked away from a medical facility where he was under in-patient care. An apparent miscommunication between two care centers failed to flag Jacqmain as a parolee, which meant corrections workers weren't notified that the 52-year-old was on the lam. Jacqmain -- once a simple walk-away -- now is being sought by Walker Police for allegedly killing Mark Moore, an Indianapolis 31-year-old who was in West Michigan working for a cable television contractor.
