Superior Court Associate Judge David A. Wiseman has imposed a 120-day jail term on a probationer who beat up his common-law wife on Tinian. Wiseman sentenced Donovan SN. Borja to one year in jail, all suspended except 120 days, for assault and battery. Wiseman sentenced the 35-year-old Borja to six months in prison, all suspended except 30 days, for violating a court's order of protection.
