CLINTON TWP. — Earl Epps, 20, an inmate at the Mountainview Youth Correctional Facility in the Annandale section of Clinton Township, was beaten to death on Monday by fellow inmates. According to Dan Hurley of the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office, corrections officers heard a disturbance at about 10:45 a.m. and found Epps unconscious. He was taken to Hunterdon Medical Center and was pronounced dead on arrival. Read More. |
