SPRINGERVILLE-Law enforcement officers that participated in the capture of fugitives McCluskey and Welch were honored at a public ceremony in Springerville on Friday. Members of the Apache County Sheriff's Department, the Arizona Department of Public Safety, law enforcement personnel from the Forest Service, and the U.S. Marshals Office were praised for their group effort.
