A Sand Springs woman was jailed Monday after she pleaded guilty to two manslaughter counts linked to the deaths of two bicyclists 15 months ago. Tausha Borland, 39, is set to be sentenced Oct. 28 by Tulsa County District Judge William Kellough. Borland, who waived her right to a trial, has no plea agreement with prosecutors to govern her punishment. Prosecutors asserted that Borland, while under the influence of alcohol, drove a sport utility vehicle into three people who were riding bicycles on Oklahoma 51 near 161st West Avenue west of Sand Springs on June 9, 2009.
