UPDATE: Kyne has been released from the Hillsborough County Jail after he was arrested for violating probation by failing a drug test. The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office is still investigating the death of his mother, and the murder charge against him has not been dropped. SEMINOLE, Florida -- A Seminole man is back behind bars this morning for violating his probation on a past drug conviction. Officials with the Florida Department of Corrections say Kevin Kyne, 23, tested positive for marijuana use during a routine visit to his probation officer. Kyne made news in August when he was arrested and charged with First Degree Murder for the strangulation of his 49-year-old mother Diane. Read More. |
