ROCHELLE – A Rochelle man was arrested on possession of child porn Wednesday and was in custody at the Ogle County Jail until Friday morning when he was released on bond. On Wednesday at 7:30 a.m., members of the Illinois Attorney General’s Office and the Rochelle Police Department executed a search warrant at 435 Willis Avenue, Apt. 24.
