| Neo-Nazi Murder Re-Trial Put On Hold |

NEW PORT RICHEY - The retrial of murder suspect and neo-Nazi John Ditullio Jr. has been delayed. The trial was set to begin Monday, but Pasco Circuit Judge Michael Andrews today granted the defense's request for a postponement. The retrial likely will now be scheduled for Nov. 1 or Dec. 6; the date will be set at a hearing Monday. Ditullio, 24, is charged with first-degree murder and attempted murder in the 2006 stabbings of Kristofer King and Patricia Wells. King, 17, died of his injuries. Ditullio could be sentenced to death if convicted of first-degree murder. Read More. |
