LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Two families are taking a parole officer to court, claiming that if he had done his job properly, two of their daughters would still be alive. The families of Claudia Wadlington and Riley Lawrence said they believe Allen George committed negligence as Kenielle Finch's parole officer by failing to make sure Finch was put back in prison for violating his parole multiple times. Finch hit and killed both girls while fleeing from police and was convicted of murder in the case.
