A 20-year-old Tulsan who is on probation for an armed robbery he committed when he was 17 is now charged with multiple counts alleging additional armed robberies since he was released from custody in July. James Larry Cook was charged Wednesday with eight counts of armed robbery, one count of attempted armed robbery and one count of possession of a firearm after a former felony conviction.
