| Guam Keeps Some Inmates From Work Release |

Guam - Four inmates of the Department of Corrections who have been housed at the Minimum Security Unit are not eligible for work release or work detail. Acting DepCor director warden Frank Crisostomo says he received the Attorney General's Office's opinion regarding prisoners on work detail and release and educational release. Two convicted murders, Anthony Duenas (who was on work detail at the Director's Office) and Pedro Quichocho as well as James Concepcion and Roland Camacho, both convicted of aggravated assault, were notified that they cannot leave the confines of the Mangilao compound for work or educational release. The acting director says the four will go before a classification team for a demotion, which means they will have to return to the main facility under a different classification than their current minimum security status.
