— A Muskogee teenager pleaded no contest to lewd molestation, and a forcible sodomy charge was dismissed. Benjamin Ridley, 19, was 16 when the alleged rape occurred and was certified as an adult. The victim was 5 or 6. The young boy’s family, concerned about him having to testify, proposed the plea offer they believed would bring closure, said Assistant District Attorney Nikki Baker.
