LOST CREEK -- Troopers with the State Police's Crimes Against Children Unit said that Ronald Russell, 38, was arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree sexual abuse by a parent guardian or custodian. He said Russell is a corrections officer at the Pruntytown Correctional Facility and that the crimes allegedly were committed against a juvenile female.
