| Brutal Murders Occured After Man's Release |

Jesse Dean Driskill had been out of a Missouri prison for 48 days before he allegedly brutally attacked and killed a Lebanon couple. But another two charges have popped up on his record for a crime authorities say he committed weeks before the murders happened. The conservation agent who alleges Driskill stole tree bark and then fled arrest says he talked to Driskill's probation officer the day Driskill ran from him. While it might seem that such a run-in with the law would have been reason to revoke Driskill's probation, representatives with the Missouri Department of Corrections -- who were supervising Driskill's probation -- say they can't revoke probations for violating the law until formal charges are filed.
