| Man Shot At Marshalls, Waives Extradition |

Adam Berndt waived extradition to Clark County Monday morning, but he won't be going there anytime soon. Berndt is set to go to trial next month for a case in Multnomah County. Berndt pleaded not guilty to attempted murder last month after U.S. marshals say he shot at them at a northeast Portland apartment in August. Washington authorities want to extradite him for his connection in a shooting outside a Vancouver apartment complex. Berndt was also wanted on a charge of parole violation by the Washington Department of Corrections, authorities said. Read More. |
