| Killer's Parole Angers Victim's Family |

WEST MICHIGAN (NEWSCHANNEL 3) – On Monday, the mother of a murder victim spoke to Newschannel 3, outraged that her daughter's killer walked out of jail a free man. The Department of Corrections granted James Eversole parole in the fall of 2009. Nearly a year later, police in Three Rivers say he's committed another crime. Investigators say Eversole broke into his neighbor's house, stole cash and valuables, then set the house on fire. Eversole had previously been in prison for murder, and now the woman whose daughter he killed says he should never have been allowed to leave. Read More. |
