A registered sex offender is missing from his Davenport home after officials say he cut off his GPS tracking device. Michael Ray Fair, 23, was on a 10-year special sentence for third-degree sex abuse with the victim being a female younger than 16 years. He was being monitored by Iowa 7th Judicial Department of Corrections. The current warrant is for probation absconder with a $150,000 cash bond.
