Twenty-two-year-old Dewayne Mickens was out of state prison a mere 12 days before authorities say he and another man decided to rob a West Palm Beach gas station convenience store armed with guns and pepper spray. Now he's back in jail. This morning a judge wasn't inclined to let him out, ordering Mickens held without bond after assistant state attorney Ann Duggan announced, "He has an enormous history." Palm Beach County Jail records show Mickens of Riviera Beach was arrested in 2000, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005, on charges that include grand theft auto, aggravated assault on a police officer and drug offenses.
