LAKELAND | Detectives are seeking a Lakeland man as a "person of interest" in the killing of a 28-year-old woman last week. Terri Smith said Thursday. Oner, who also goes by the nickname "Little J," is described as black, 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds, Smith wrote.
