| Accused Mother Killer Released From Jail |

SEMINOLE, Florida - The man accused of killing his mother in the family's Seminole home has been released from jail. Kevin Kyne was released from the Pinellas County Jail on his own recognizance on Wednesday. Kyne was in jail on a probation violation. Officials with the Florida Department of Corrections say Kevin Kyne, 23, tested positive for marijuana use during a routine visit to his probation officer. He made news in August when he was arrested and charged with First Degree Murder for the strangulation of his 49-year-old mother Diane. William Kyne, Kevin Kyne's stepfather, told Pinellas County Sheriff's detectives that an argument between his wife Diane and stepson, ended with Kevin killing his mother. Read More. |
